learning about life from within

i have done a lot of mistakes in the past,one of them is not making amends with a close friend i have had and lost her..this year, a friend of mine once said " We only realize the true value of people once they are gone." it really struck me.. making amends was not a forte of mine, but i did try to do it to save a friendship which i didn't want to regret not patching things up in the future like what had happend to me before. its true that as time passes by, you get to learn to do things you have never done before, you get to experience things that would change everything that you once were. and i did learn to choose to change for the better, and this time , making things right.

because its been 19months

there are things in life we can't control...and one of them is TIME..

if only there were time machines or special powers to control time, things in life would be easier..

rewind, fast forward, pause, next..just like the controls on a remote control..

I remember watching the movie CLICK wherein Adam Sandler portrays a man who was given a remote control, giving him the power to control time and his life..It would be cool having one of those remote controls,,a magical one where you just point and click  and control life..

well,,that would be great..but ,,there's a big but...

there's a reason why we can't control time..

God wants us to be patient, and experience life to its fullest.. 

To learn from mistakes and to handle different kinds of situations.

We have to take our time on everything. and not acting too hasty on things..

patience is a virtue..and im learning a lot from it..

Live each day as it were your last.. Enjoy it..

because of magicbeans, i've almost lost the one i love...haha...makes you think if magicbeans are real huh???

..well they are real in my world.. 

The Real World

After graduation,this is where everything starts..
i remember my dad saying "after graduation, you can do anything you want!"
At first, it sounded great, because I get to do anything after getting that diploma.
But then, reading between the lines, it said, "You're on your own after you graduate."

I admit, I forgot to prepare myself for the real world,
the next chapter of your life when you do things on your own like finding a job. Yes finding a job
was very difficult...
 passing resumes here and there, it gets a bit depressing after a long wait, you get no responds from those you applied to..
while waiting in vain, you get bored with life.
You'll get to miss school, going out with friends and classmates, going to the school kitchen to chat with your
favorite culinary instructor, attending organization meetings which you are found to be important..
 Being a bum sucks..
Sucks big time..

I tried baking to keep the boredom spell away, but at the end of the day, when i go to bed, I ask myself, What's next for me??

The real world scares me, but then it challenges me to stand back on my feet, raise a closed fist and say..
BRING IT ON!!!

what not to think

 the opportunity of having back somebody from the past is quite nerve wrecking..

nerve wrecking in my case coz it makes me think of possible reasons why people from the past tend to come 

back..

these are some reasons i have thought of :

1. it's either he/she feels remorse

2.just because she/he can't forget you

3.she/he wants revenge

4. maybe you're just the last option/ last resort

.....

from 4 and counting

whats not to think..

is thinking too much somewhat makes you insane..

or does it help you realize things..

thinking outside the box ...

maybe not too much...
